Public Relations Plan
Two Media Exposure Ideas
1. Health Fair
2. Workshops
Organizing a health fair on campus would be a dynamic way to engage students directly with the services offered. This event could feature booths for sexual health education, free screenings, and interactive demonstrations about safe practices. Collaborating with local health
organizations to provide resources and expertise can enhance credibility and draw interest. Such an event would not only raise awareness but also foster a sense of community, encouraging students to prioritize their health. The rationale for this choice is that experiential learning through events often leads to higher retention of information and can destigmatize discussions around sexual health.

Include pictures/videos relating to your public relations plan - remember to caption them with relevant text to provide relevant context for your audience
Conducting workshops focused on sexual health topics, such as contraception options,
sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and healthy relationships, can be impactful. These
workshops can be marketed through partnerships with student organizations and residence
halls to ensure diverse participation. The workshops would be designed to be informative yet
informal, allowing for open discussions and questions. This approach not only educates but also
empowers students to seek out screenings without fear or embarrassment. The effectiveness of
this idea lies in its ability to create a safe space for dialogue, ultimately leading to increased
utilization of the free screenings offered.
